Elizabeth Min

Elizabeth Min is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in managing tax planning, strategy, compliance, and regulatory activities. As the Head of Tax at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since June 2010, Elizabeth leads a department that integrates tax functions with the finance organization, overseeing corporate and regulatory tax matters. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading teams in tax consulting and compliance for multinational clients. Additional experience includes heading the tax department at Longs Drug Stores and serving as a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young, where Elizabeth specialized in financial reporting and tax strategies across various industries. Educationally, Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, an MST in Accounting/Tax from Northern Illinois University, and has completed executive programs in leadership at both the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
