Hali Burbige

Hali Burbige is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as Principal Marketing Strategist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2016, Hali previously held key positions at LeapFrog, including Senior Brand Manager, where responsibilities included leading global marketing initiatives and managing product lifecycles. Earlier roles at Blue Shield of California involved developing integrated marketing strategies for membership acquisition, while a foundational career began at Publicis & Hal Riney and Becker Partners. Hali holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a degree in Rhetoric & Communication from the University of California, Davis.
