Issam El Ayadi

Issam El Ayadi is a seasoned engineering and management professional with extensive experience in the electric transmission and asset management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Electric Transmission Line Asset Management & Regulatory Governance at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2018, Issam oversees a team of 23 engineers and scientists while successfully building capacity and enhancing team dynamics. Previous roles at PG&E included Engineering Manager and Supervisor for Aerial Inspection Review Plus, where Issam managed diverse teams and drove significant project initiatives. Prior to PG&E, Issam held various positions at GE and PSNH, contributing to complex utility transmission and substation projects. Issam holds a Master’s Degree in Power Systems Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
