Jessica L. Denecour

Most recently, Ms. Denecour served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Varian Medical Systems. Previously, she held numerous senior roles at Agilent Technologies, including Vice President of Global IT Applications and Solution Services, Vice President of Global Infrastructure and Operations Services, and Senior Director and Chief Information Officer of Test and Measurement Group. Her career includes 16 years at Hewlett Packard. Ms. Denecour joins the Board with decades of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, also having led IT transformations that encompassed customer, voice and data networks, data center operations, security, and technical computing.
