Jesus Venegas

Jesus Venegas is currently serving as a Gas Distribution Planning Engineer, Associate at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a position held since August 2023, focusing on gas system planning in the North. Previously, Jesus worked as an ERDP Gas Operations Engineer, where responsibilities included station engineering and backbone planning. Prior internship experiences at Pacific Gas and Electric Company include roles as an Engineer Rotational Development Intern in both the Gas Control Center and Asset Engineering, along with a project engineer internship at Teichert Energy & Utilities Group, Inc. Earlier experience includes positions as an Underground Utilities Leadman and Laborer at Lupton Excavation. Jesus earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, completing the degree between 2018 and 2023.
