Kevin Coffman

Kevin Coffman is an experienced professional in hydro operations and maintenance, currently serving as Senior Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since March 2011. In this role, Kevin supervises the operation and maintenance of four powerhouses, ten hydroelectric generators, and five dams with a total generating capacity of 524 Megawatts, overseeing capital improvement and maintenance outages. Previously, Kevin held the position of Hydro Electric Operator, ensuring safe operations across twelve hydroelectric facilities while adhering to regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Pacific Gas and Electric, Kevin worked as an Apprentice Lineman at Surprise Valley Electrification, gaining expertise in transmission and distribution utility construction and maintenance. Kevin's career began in the US Navy, where Kevin served as a Machinist's Mate 2nd Class, operating and maintaining the propulsion plant on the USS Austin (LPD-4).
