Pam O'Neal

Pam O'Neal holds extensive experience in system operations within the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of System Operations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 2025. Previously, Pam worked at Xcel Energy as Director of Control Center & Electric Trouble Operations from May 2022 to October 2025 and managed System Operations at South Central Indiana REMC from June 2003 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing scheduling, training, and enhancing system reliability. Pam's earlier roles include System Operations Team Leader and System Operator, where leadership and operational efficiency were paramount. Prior experience includes the Duke Energy Corporation, where Pam served as Engineering Office Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Pam holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electric Power Technology from Bismarck State College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management at the same institution.
