Paul Markavage

Paul Markavage, PMP, is an experienced IT project management professional with a career spanning over three decades at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Currently serving as Supervisor of IT Infrastructure Project Management, Markavage leads a team of 15 project managers and 2 analysts, focusing on the delivery of IT infrastructure projects that support Gas and Electric Transmission and Distribution operations. Past roles at Blue Shield of California include Director of Project Finance & IT Support and Director of IT Finance, where financial management and project investment oversight were key responsibilities. Markavage’s earlier career included positions as Sr Business Planner and Project Manager/Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric, as well as an engineering role at Bechtel. Markavage holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
