Philippe Soenen

Philippe Soenen is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they oversee the licensing and decommissioning activities associated with the Diablo Canyon Power Plant. Previously, Philippe held various positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Manager of Nuclear Engineering and Licensing Projects and Supervisor of Regulatory Services - Licensing. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Enercon Services, contributing to the licensing applications for the Diablo Canyon and Humboldt Bay Power Plants. Philippe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
