Scott Fable

Scott Fable is an experienced program manager with a robust background in energy efficiency and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Principal Program Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since November 2015, Scott focuses on process improvements for construction projects in high-fire-threat areas. Prior roles include managing energy efficiency quality control, overseeing a custom implementation team, and facilitating residential energy incentive programs. Previously, Scott held senior program manager positions at BKi and has served as an instructor at San Francisco State University, where curriculum development centered on energy and environmental issues. A graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Irvine, Scott holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
