Shayna Whitley

Shayna Whitley serves as the Director and Chief of Staff at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of the Enterprise Lean Office and Manager of Performance Reporting & Analysis, spanning from September 2016 to the present. Prior to this, Shayna worked at Girls Inc. of Alameda County as the STEM Program Coordinator and Finance and Accounting Support from February 2014 to September 2016, and also held a Project Manager position at Girls Inc. from February 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, Shayna held a research position at Georgetown University conducting prostate cancer research in 2010. Academically, Shayna is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of San Francisco (August 2022 - December 2025), holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from California State University - East Bay (2015 - 2016), and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hampton University (2007 - 2011).
