Prior to their current role, Timothy held various positions at Ross Stores, Inc., including Senior Director of Loss Prevention Operations, where they managed comprehensive security programs across multiple stores and distribution centers. Timothy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Fort Hays State University.
