Victor Stanciu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process safety and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Process Safety Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2014, Victor specializes in process safety, HAZOP, and risk assessment, contributing to the development and deployment of procedures and elements of Process Safety Management (PSM).
