Björn Kempkes

Björn Kempkes is an experienced leader in business change and data management, currently serving as Manager Business Change & Data Management at PGGM since June 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing two departments, developing a vision for data-driven work, managing change initiatives, and being a key member of the management team. Prior to this role, Björn held the position of Expert Audit Manager | IT, where the focus was on IT audits and innovative methodologies. With a strong background in internal audit leadership at CCV and Coöperatie VGZ, Björn has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, data-driven auditing, and team coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Sciences from Radboud University and an Executive Master of IT-Auditing from TIAS School for Business and Society.
