Geesje Wolf-Vonk

Geesje Wolf-Vonk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Senior Advisor at PGGM since February 2011, Geesje has held various roles within the organization, focusing on areas such as leadership development, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. Prior to PGGM, Geesje worked at ABN AMRO from January 1997 to February 2011, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and leading performance management initiatives in Amsterdam. Geesje holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Organizational and Financial Management from the University of Twente and has pursued additional education in management and organizational development.
