Michel Schram

Michel Schram serves as an Executive Board Member at the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (Afire) since September 2021 and has been a member of the Pension Real Estate Association's Affinity Group Reporting & Valuations since September 2016. Michel has held the position of Senior Investment Manager for Private Real Estate at PGGM since May 2011 and previously served as a Board Member at Afire from September 2016 to September 2018. Prior to this, Michel worked at Doctors Pension Funds Services as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Real Estate & Infrastructure and as a Portfolio Manager for Real Estate from September 2007 to April 2011. Additionally, Michel gained experience at Grontmy | Kats & Waalwijk as a researcher, asset manager, portfolio manager, and account manager from July 1998 to August 2007. Michel holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Economic Geography from Utrecht University.
