Jessica Schafer

Jessica Schafer is currently working as a Project Engineer II at PGH Networks, where Jessica deploys workstations, leads email and SharePoint migrations, implements spam filtering, and conducts client onboardings. Previously, Jessica worked as a Service Desk Analyst Tier II at Apogee IT Services, quickly resolving customer issues and scheduling updates and installs. Jessica holds an Associate of Science in Information Technology, Network Administration from Pittsburgh Technical College.
