Riadh Khairalla

Riadh Khairalla is an experienced Project Manager currently with PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since September 2018, overseeing significant projects such as the Valley Link in San Francisco as Design Manager and the Sound Transit Lynwood Link as Quality Verification Manager. Prior experience includes roles at WSP USA on the California High-Speed Rail Project and as Senior Project Manager at Hatch Mott MacDonald. From 1987 to 2010, Riadh Khairalla served as Design Manager at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure, contributing to various infrastructure projects globally, including the Dubai International Airport Expansion and Dulles Corridor Metrorail Phase 2. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University, along with studies at The University of Texas at El Paso and the University of the West of Scotland.
