Mandy Fallaw

Mandy Fallaw, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in direct lending and commercial asset finance. Currently serving as a Director at PGIM Private Capital since December 2011, Mandy is involved in structuring and underwriting investments in North American corporates, managing transactions between $10 million and $350 million, which support various financial needs including refinancings and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Mandy worked at Prudential Private Capital from July 2005 to December 2011, progressing from Senior Investment Analyst to Investment Associate, where contributions included managing a $1 billion portfolio of diverse financial instruments. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance from the University of Georgia and briefly studied at the University of Oxford.
