Maxwell Bernard

Maxwell Bernard, CPA, has an extensive background in fund operations and auditing, currently serving as Vice President of Fund Operations at PGIM Private Capital since July 2015, where prior roles included Director, Manager, and Associate Manager of Fund Operations. Before joining PGIM, Maxwell worked at KPMG US from August 2012 to June 2015, holding positions as Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate, and completed a Federal Tax Internship in June 2011. Maxwell holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Gies College of Business at the same institution.
