Shyam Patel

Shyam Patel has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as an Assistant Controller at PGIM Private Capital since May 2011, where responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with GAAP and limited partnership agreements. Previously, Shyam held the position of Senior Accountant at US Bank Corp. from January 2010 to April 2011, managing financial reporting for Mezzanine Funds and participating in a significant system conversion project. Earlier experience includes roles as a Mezzanine Accountant at GSC Group and Fund Accountant at BISYS Fund Services. Shyam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and Kean University.
