Misha Khaytsis is a technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Development at PGIM Quantitative Solutions since January 2024, Misha previously held the position of System Architect at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included designing and implementing solutions for the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance Technology sector. Misha's career also encompasses nearly two decades at Jennison Associates LLC as VP Technology and Senior Project Manager, focusing on software engineering and team management, as well as prior roles at JPMorgan Asset Management and Financial Models Company, where Misha contributed to software development and project leadership. Misha received education from Odessa Polytechnic Institute in Ukraine.
