Adam Gonzalez has over a decade of experience in IT support and service desk roles. Currently serving as a Specialist at PGIM since April 2017, Adam has previously held the position of Senior Associate within the IT Service Desk at the same company. Prior to joining PGIM, Adam worked at RBS from August 2011 to April 2017 as Desktop Support. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Greenwich, completed between 2009 and 2012.
