Andrea Kaufman

Andrea Kaufman is the Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Investing at PGIM, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they gained significant experience in the finance and investment sectors, serving as the Head of Private Equity & Credit, Impact and Responsible Investments at Prudential Financial from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Kaufman held leadership roles at Calvert Research and Management and BL Corp., and was a General Partner at Novak Biddle Venture Partners from 1999 to 2008. They began their professional journey as an Associate at Duane Morris LLP and Venable LLP in the late 1990s.
