Caitlin Platzman

Caitlin Platzman, PMP, is a compliance leader with extensive experience in managing successful compliance programs across multiple disciplines. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at PGIM since April 2023, Caitlin specializes in compliance governance, risk management, process improvement, and technology solutions. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at Prudential Financial from December 2005 to April 2023, culminating in a Director of Project Management role that involved overseeing five global compliance transformation initiatives and fostering collaboration among various business lines. Caitlin's earlier positions included driving digital transformation initiatives, leading change management programs, and implementing critical technology solutions for asset management compliance. Educationally, Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University.
