Deborah Teng

Deborah Teng is a seasoned professional in sustainability with over eight years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of the Sustainability Program at PGIM since February 2021, Deborah has driven the implementation and reporting of the Environmental, Social, and Governance Program for PGIM's real estate business. Prior experience includes working as a Sustainability Analyst at LaSalle Investment Management, where Deborah collaborated on a $21 billion portfolio and established a groundbreaking multifamily Fitwel Health and Wellness Program, and as an Energy Engineer at Goby, offering green building services and certifications. Deborah's career began at Northwestern University as an Energy Analyst, where analysis of energy usage contributed to sustainability initiatives. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Policy, and Business from Northwestern University.
