Dennis Martin is currently the Co-Head of Global Business Development – Real Estate at PGIM, a position they have held since 2025. They previously led America’s Business Development for PGIM Real Estate from 2013 to 2023 and served as Head of Global Private Wealth & Client Solutions at PGIM Private Alternatives from 2023 to 2025. Dennis has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having held roles including Managing Director at RREEF (2005-2012) and Director of Real Estate at Lucent Asset Management (1999-2005). Their career in law began as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP (1992-1997) and continued at Goodwin (1997-1999). Dennis earned a JD from New York University School of Law (1989-1992) and a BA in Political Science and Government from St. John's University (1984-1988).
