Dianna Carr-Coletta

Dianna Carr-Coletta is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private credit and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director & Partner at PGIM since November 2025, Dianna previously held various leadership roles at PGIM Private Capital from November 2000 to November 2025, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior to joining PGIM, Dianna was Vice President at BMO U.S. from March 1998 to November 2000. Dianna holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, attained between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from Michigan State University, earned in 1992.
