Engin Okaya

Engin Okaya is the Executive Managing Director of Private Credit at PGIM, where they have dedicated 27 years of service. Currently overseeing the Global Corporate Finance offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, and New York, Engin manages private placement and mezzanine activities in these regions. Previously, they held the position of Managing Director at PGIM’s New York Corporate Finance office and have worked in various roles within PGIM since joining Prudential in 1998. Engin is also a Partner at PGIM Capital Partners, contributing to middle-market mezzanine debt and structured equity fund management. Engin holds an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is pursuing further education at Boston College.
