Erica Sloane

Erica Sloane is a creative leader specializing in marketing management and art direction. Currently, they operate as an Owner & Artist at eaa design and are pursuing a degree in Website Design & Production at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Previously, they worked as a Project Management Consultant for PGIM Real Estate, redesigning global marketing materials and enhancing efficiency across teams. With over a decade of experience at M Barry and Co as an Art Director, they developed cohesive ad campaigns and managed diverse projects for well-known financial institutions. Erica holds a BA in Graphic Design (Business) from Lehigh University.
