Frances Lin

Frances Lin currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at PGIM, a position held since January 2007. Prior to this role, Frances Lin worked as a Finance Manager at Citi from 1997 to 2007. Frances Lin holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from National Taipei University, earned between 2018 and 2020, and has an educational background from the National Taipei University of Business.
