Louise Talijan

Louise Talijan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource operations and academia. Currently, Louise serves as Vice President and Head of Global HR Operations at PGIM since February 2013. Previous roles include Vice President, Program Management at Prudential Financial, where Louise worked for over 15 years, and adjunct professor at Montclair State University, teaching courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psycholinguistics. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from University College Dublin, multiple master's degrees from Montclair State University in Applied Linguistics and Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and ongoing doctoral studies in Linguistics at The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
