Marielis Martinez

Marielis Martinez, MHRM, has built a robust professional career in learning and development, currently serving as a Sr. Learning Specialist and Program Manager at PGIM since July 2017. Previous roles at PGIM include Senior Investment Accountant and Accounting Associate. Prior to joining PGIM, Marielis worked at the Math and Science Learning Center as a Student Manager from September 2013 to May 2017 and completed internships at Goldman Sachs as an Asset Manager Intern and Embedded Risk Manager Intern in 2015 and 2016. Academically, Marielis earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the same institution (2013-2017). Additionally, Marielis pursued further education at BrainStation in 2021.
