Narisa Yee

Narisa Yee is the Head of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at PGIM, a role held since May 2022. Prior to this position, Narisa served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Visa from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included partnering with the Asia Pacific Leadership Team to develop effective HR strategies for Southeast Asia. Narisa's previous experience includes over a decade at GIC as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on strategic HR initiatives in various areas. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore, where analytical and diplomatic skills were applied to assess political and economic developments affecting Singapore. Narisa holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
