Reshma Tanczos

Reshma Tanczos has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles, currently serving as Vice President of Compliance at PGIM since October 2022. Prior to this, Reshma acted as Chief Compliance Officer at ETFMG Financial LLC and ETF Managers Group from April 2017 to October 2022. Career highlights include a partnership at Crow & Cushing from October 2007 to July 2016 and law clerk positions at the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States Attorneys' Offices. Early legal experience includes internships at FINRA and NYSE. Reshma holds a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The George Washington University.
