Rosie Smith

Rosie Smith is a Senior Human Resources Associate at PGIM, where employment has been held since November 2021, previously serving as a Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this role, Rosie worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at NHS following a TUPE transfer from Sodexo, where experience included positions as a Service Coordinator and Project Assistant. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bath Spa University and a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, expected to be completed in July 2025. Additionally, Rosie holds a Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Human Resource Practice from CIPD.
