Andy Marsden

Andy Marsden currently serves as the Director of Strategic Growth at PGL Beyond since February 2025. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Inspiring Learning from December 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included business development and customer satisfaction. Other notable positions include President of Camp Beaumont Asia, where Andy focused on business development and marketing, and Programme Director with similar responsibilities. Andy's earlier experience includes interim roles at RAC, covering SME operations, sales, retention, and IT project management. As Head of Member Services at The AA, Andy managed sales, service, and retention, and previously led the contact center at Aviva for 16 years. Education was completed at Hewett High School in Norwich.
