Ben Ireson

Ben Ireson is currently the Senior National Youth & Partnerships Manager at PGL Beyond, where they lead strategic initiatives to enhance youth development and partnerships across the UK. With a strong focus on community enrichment, Ben has served as a Board Member at Cheshire West Voluntary Arts, contributing to initiatives that have garnered multiple National Operatic Dramatic Association Awards for local theatre excellence. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Head of Partnerships at Redu Group and Trade Sales Manager at Drayton Manor Park Limited, showcasing a consistent track record of driving growth and engagement in the youth and leisure sectors. Ben also actively supports local initiatives as a Parent Governor at Whitegate CE Primary School and has directed numerous musicals for the Knutsford Musical Theatre Company.
