Tyler Gray is a Senior Consultant and Environmental Scientist at PGL Environmental Consultants, with over 15 years of experience in environmental assessments and regulatory processes, particularly for First Nations in western Canada. Tyler served as the Acting Lands and Resources Manager for Liard First Nation, where responsibilities included managing environmental and socioeconomic representation in land use applications, providing technical expertise, and liaising with governmental and industry stakeholders. Prior roles include Environmental Health Aide for Fraser Health Authority, focusing on mosquito breeding ground identification, and as a Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, contributing to a sockeye recovery study. Early career experience includes an internship as an Analytical Chemist in ecotoxicology research on heavy metal accumulation in shellfish. Tyler holds a Master of Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Ecology, both from Simon Fraser University.
