Alison Thompson

Alison Thompson has over 20 years of experience in learning and development roles. Alison is currently working as the Head of OD & People Development at PGL Travel. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Princess Yachts, where they were responsible for designing and delivering the organization's learning and development strategy. Alison also oversaw talent management, leadership development, apprenticeship programs, compliance training, and external training partnerships.
