He is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration program at Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw. He also completed numerous managerial courses. He began his professional career in BRADO companies where he was the President of the Management Board of Z.M. BRADO 2 SA among others.. He also held the position of the President of the Management Board at RODO SRL in Romania and Lodus Sp. z o. o. He was the Head of the Distribution Center at Animex SA (Smithfield Foods Incorporated), and in 2000-2015 he worked for the Finnish Group RAMIRENT where he served as the Vice President of the Management Board of RAMIRENT Scaffolding Sp. z o.o. and as a member of the Management Board of RAMIRENT SA Starting from April 2015 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of NiUW Glinik, and one year later he became the President of the Management Board of this company. Since 2017 he has worked for FAMUR SA. From January 2018, he was the Vice President of the Management Board of FAMUR SA, while from 1 January 2019 to 21 June 2021, he was the Vice President of the Management Board, Underground Segment Export Sales.

PGO SA, formerly Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA, is a Poland-based company active in the production of iron castings. Among the Company's products are grey irons ductile cast irons, alloy cast irons, abrasion-resistant cast irons, high-alloy irons and low-alloy cast irons, among others. The Company's steel castings are manufactured from structural cast carbon steels; abrasion-resistant, heat-resisting and creep-resisting structural alloy cast steels; as well as from low-alloy cast steels. In addition, the offer of the Company includes: the manufacturing and adapting wooden, resin and metal patterns; services like machining and heat treatment; as well as services for constructions; and laboratory services. Polska Grupa Odlewnicza Capital Group consists of PGO SA, Odlewnia Zeliwa Srem SA and Pioma-Odlewnia Sp z o o. TDJ SA, an indirect majority shareholder of the Company, takes over control of Fugo SA, Famak SA and Fugo Odlew Sp z o o (FUGO Group).
