Deep Wadhwa is an experienced analytics and data science professional currently serving as the Head of Analytics & Data Science at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Deep worked at Paytm, where the focus was on retention strategies for the payments app, contributing to a significant reduction in churn. Deep's extensive experience includes positions at FTI Consulting, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, McKinsey & Company, BNY Mellon, and Capillary Technologies, encompassing analytical consulting and data science across various industries such as finance, healthcare, and FMCG. Deep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College and has also undertaken roles in software development testing.
