Maricruz Quintero has extensive experience in production management and quality control, currently serving as a Shift Production Manager at PGP International since November 2018. Maricruz effectively leads a team of 15, focusing on achieving production objectives and minimizing downtime while communicating critical information related to production processes. Previously held various roles at PGP International, including Extrusion Lead and Transportation Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating transportation logistics and managing inventory. Prior experience at Blue Diamond Growers and Seneca Foods Corporation included roles in inventory management, quality control, and operational support, highlighting a strong foundation in ensuring product quality and efficient production practices. Maricruz holds a High School Diploma from Riverbank High School.
