Bruce A. Wesner, MBA, CRL has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bruce is currently serving as the Vice President, Strategic Operational Reliability at PGT Innovations, where they lead a team focused on driving sustainable and reliable window and door manufacturing processes. Prior to this, Bruce held the position of Vice President, Engineering Services at PGT Custom Windows + Doors, where they were responsible for overseeing various departments such as Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities.

Before joining PGT, Bruce worked at Life Cycle Engineering as the Managing Principal, Certified Prosci Change Management Professional, Certified Reliability Leader, where they provided consulting and coaching services in areas such as Work Control, Planning and Scheduling, and TPM. Bruce also held leadership roles at Therma Tru, Western Industries - Western Metal Specialties, Manco Products, INC., PHD, INC., Morton Metalcraft Company, Carrier Corporation, and Huffy Corporation, where they gained experience in general management, plant operations, and manufacturing engineering. Throughout their career, Bruce has demonstrated a strong focus on operational excellence, reliability, and driving positive change within organizations.

Bruce A. Wesner, MBA, CRL has a diverse education history. Bruce earned an Associate's degree in Industrial Design / Industrial Technology from Ball State University, studying from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they pursued higher education at Indiana Institute of Technology, where they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management, attending from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bruce A. Wesner has also obtained a certification as a Certified Reliability Leader from The Association for Maintenance Professionals in May 2014.
