Jeff Marshall

Jeff Marshall has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering, having served as a Glass Operations Maintenance Specialist at PGT Custom Windows + Doors since 2015. Prior to this role, Jeff gained significant expertise at Aunt Millie's Bakeries from 1988 to 2015, holding various engineering positions, including Plant Engineer, Assistant Plant Engineer, and Maintenance Leadman. Responsibilities included supervising maintenance teams, planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring equipment installation and inventory management, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems. Jeff's early career included service in the US Navy as an Engineman 2nd Class, where responsibilities involved scheduled maintenance and supply coordination.
