Lou Aguglia

Lou Aguglia is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer currently employed at PGT Custom Windows and Doors since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lou worked at Eastman Machine Company from December 2012 to August 2024, where responsibilities included both Manufacturing Engineer and Mechanical Designer positions. Lou holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Buffalo State University, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and an Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute-Getzville, completed from 2010 to 2012.
