Eric Andres

Eric Andres has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eric currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at PGW Auto Glass, where they oversee the distribution of vehicle replacement glass and specialty parts in North America. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Head of Commercial at Hannibal Industries Inc, where they played a key role in driving growth, optimizing processes, and positioning the company for sale. Eric also led the sales and marketing strategy for the Hannibal ESOP, resulting in significant returns for employee owners. Prior to their role at Hannibal Industries, Eric held various leadership positions at Owens Corning, including Strategic Marketing Director, Finance Lead, Glass Reinforcements Americas, Investor Relations Leader, Lead of Treasury Operations - Cash & Collections, Senior Treasury Analyst - Financial Risk & Capital Markets, and Senior Treasury Analyst - Cash Management. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and develop teams.

Eric Andres earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, cum laude, from Miami University. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
