Arefa Ali

Arefa Ali has a diverse background in project management, with experience spanning from 2004 to 2024 across various prominent companies. Arefa began as a Project Manager at Nestlé, later advancing to roles including Procurement Manager and Operations Improvement Program Manager. Arefa continued developing expertise at ARYZTA as a Senior Project Manager/Director and progressed to Senior Project Manager at Baxter. Following this, Arefa served as Project Manager at Pharmavite before joining Ritual as a Project Management professional from June 2021 until January 2024. Arefa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from Walden University.
