Paxton Boyer is a Program Manager at PH International, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Paxton served as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Alderson Broaddus University from June 2019 to May 2022 and at Southern Vermont College from July 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Paxton was an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Davis and Elkins College for a brief period in 2017. Earlier work experience includes an Adaptive Skiing Intern role at Snowshoe Mountain Resort and serving as a Student Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse at Alderson Broaddus University. Paxton holds a Master of Science in Sport Management with a focus on Interscholastic Athletic Administration from West Virginia University and a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from Alderson Broaddus University.

PH International (registered under the legal name Project Harmony, Inc.) was founded in 1985 for the purpose of cultural and educational exchanges between the then-USSR and the United States.
