Paul Cate

Paul Marshall Cate is the Chief Executive Officer of Mark IV Capital, Inc., a real estate development company based in Newport Beach, California. With a career spanning over 23 years at Mark IV Capital, they have led initiatives in-house development and geographic expansion, while also implementing a best-in-class management reporting system. Previously a Certified Public Accountant, Paul has been involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of various commercial spaces and holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation. In addition to their executive role, Paul serves as a lecturer at UCI's Paul Merage School of Business and is the Chairman of the Board at PhageTech, Inc., with active participation in industry organizations. Outside of professional commitments, they enjoy golf, mountain biking, water skiing, and snowboarding.
